On absolute summability of multiple series with monotonous coefficients

摘要
In this work the necessary and sufficient condition of absolute summability multiple trigonometric series of Fourier of function f is an element of L-q (I-s) with monotonous coefficients in terms of the best approximation by "corner" is received. Also the necessary and sufficient condition absolute summability of Fourier series of monotonous function in terms of the module of a continuity of this function is proved.
