摘要：

The fuel-energy complex plays the important role in elaboration of Russian economy; also it is forming of budget. The other economy trades and social sphere depend on income from the fuel-energy complex. However the oil, gas and energy enterprises have a weak influence on the development of different region or in general don't influence, though these companies are significant for federal economy. The operation of fuel-energy companies has grave consequences to the society and the environmental conditions. The problems of the fuel-energy company's activities and the its economic effects is set forth in this article.
