摘要
Neutron diffraction studies have been carried out for liquid GexSe1-x mixtures of x = 0, 0.15, 0.33 and 0.5. A very sharp prepeak near Q similar to 1 Angstrom(-1) in the structure factor S(e) is observed for liquid Ge33Se67. And a rapid reduction of this prepeak with increasing temperature is also observed. At the same time, the first peak of the pair distribution function g(r) becomes small. From this result, a network structure in liquid Ge33Se67 is suggested and this network is broken at higher temperature, which may correspond to an increase of the electronic conductivity.
