摘要
1. The nature and mutual arrangement of the ring substitutents are the principal factors affecting the choice of fragmentation pattern in the breakdown of the trialkylcyclopentanes. 2. Quantitative differences in the spectra of structural isomers and stereoisomers can be used for purposes of identification. 3. The possibility that the fragmenting ion retain the mutual orientation of the substituents found in the parent molecule is discussed. © 1979 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
