SIMULTANEOUS VOLTAMMETRIC DETERMINATION OF HYPOXANTHINE, XANTHINE, AND URIC-ACID

摘要
A rapid voltammetric method for the simultaneous determination of hypoxanthine, xanthine, and uric acid has been developed at pyrolytic graphite electrode (PGE). The limit of detection is 10 mu M and the response is linear up to 0.5 mM. The relative standard deviation was 0.57, 0.59 and 0.62% for hypoxanthine, xanthine, and uric acid, respectively.
