摘要
Dissipative effects have been investigated in Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 + x and Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 + x single crystals by critical current and magnetic relaxation measurements. Both crystals consisted of 2212 single phase material (Tc = 85 K and 92 K for the pure and doped samples, respectively). At T = 4.2 K the BPSCCO system exhibited a critical current density one order of magnitude higher and much slower relaxation rates of Mzfc (T = 4.2 K ÷ 20 K) than the pure compound. © 1990.
