摘要：

Chemical diffusion in AY-BY type alkali halide couples has been discussed from phenomenological and atomistic viewpoints. Equations for the chemical interdiffusion coefficient, Kirkendall shift velocity and diffusion potential gradient have been derived. © 1969.
