摘要：

1. 1. The Tubinger perimeter was used to study pupillomotor and light-sense threshold responses in normal subjects and in cases of prechiasmal, chiasmal and postchiasmal interruptions of the afferent visual system. Additionally, a case of functional amblyopia and one of toxic amblyopia were studied. Responses were compared with those obtained by standard pupillography. 2. 2. The study suggests that the pupillomotor field parallels the light-sense field when the interruption is chiasmal or postchiasmal. 3. 3. Prechiasmal lesions gave mixed responses. However, in the case of toxic amblyopia, there was disassociation of pupillomotor and light responses. 4. 4. This study supports the work done by Harms.1,5. © 1969.
