摘要
Species diversity of planktonic cyanobacteria was determined by light microscopy in Lake Kotokelskoe. On the basis of the results of molecularphylogenetic analysis, potentially toxic cyanobacteria were detected, which contained the gene of microcystin synthesis (mcyE). The obtained sequences belong to the genus Microcystis, which has a wide distribution in reservoirs of the world and is the most frequent agent of green scum.
