摘要
There are several areas where the development of biological controls for plant diseases can be encouraged. These areas include: the ecological selection and evaluation of potential agents; the environmental enhancement of biological control efficacy; the genetic enhancement of efficacy; the commercial production and development of biological control products; and the registration of biological controls. These topics compose the theme of this symposium on the biological control of plant diseases.
