摘要
Paddy was dried using 3 different systems in this research. These systems were sun, shadow and conventional method (silo type). Variety of Osmancik-97 and Halilbey were used in the experiment. By means of determining optimum drying method; drying time, efficiency, emergency rate were done in the study. The longest drying time (59 h) was determined at the method of shadow drying whereas the most efficiency (57.6%) was calculated in this method statistically (p <= 0.05). The lowest efficiency (49.50%) was determined at the method of conventional. In addition the highest cracked rice as 29.54% was observed in the conventional method.
