摘要：
This article discusses the physician assistant (PA) role in sexuality counseling and the importance of recognizing sexual health as part of the overall health and well-being of female patients. There is discussion on the prevalence of sexuality concerns, models for sexuality counseling, implementation of brief sexual symptom checklist, and specific suggestions that the PA can recommend to increase the satisfaction of sexual functioning.
