摘要
The ion transport across the material interface between fast-ion-conducting glass and intercalate is studied by a structural one-dimensional lattice-gas model, which takes explicitly into account hopping rates to first and second neighbors, and short-range interaction of the diffusing ions and the long-range Coulomb correlations. Numerical examples are given for material parameters of the real interface between doped ternary berate glass and indium selenide, used as separator and cathode in thin film microbatteries. It is shown that the ability of ions to get around each other brings additional structure in the one-dimensional model preserving at the same time the simplicity of the treatment.
