摘要
Fullerene C-60 and a mixture of fullerenes C-60 and C-70 were solubilized in a culture medium with poly(vinylpyrrolidone) and examined for the effects on two-stage cell transformation in vitro, a model of carcinogenesis. They showed neither initiating nor promoting activity in the assays.
