摘要：

The central imidazole ring in the title compound, C28H30N2O2, makes dihedral angles of 28.42 (13), 71.22 (15) and 29.50 (14)degrees, respectively, with the phenyl rings in the 4- and 5-positions and the 3,4- dimethoxyphenyl group. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds, weak pi-pi stacking interactions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.760 (2) angstrom] and C-H center dot center dot center dot pi contacts, forming a three-dimensional network.
