摘要：

The article presents a methodology of estimation of engineering-and-economic efficiency of nano-technologies. The field of efficient nano-technologies is determined, the methods of production of nano-matherials with a stable quality level are considered; the methods of a uniform distribution of nano-modifiers in the composite volume are considered, too; the main principles of practical nano-technologies as well as the algorithm of synthesis of the composites are suggested.
