摘要
The theoretical expression for the spectrum of the depolarized component of scattered light in a fluid contains contributions depending on two-, three- and four-particle correlation functions. Extended molecular dynamics simulations of the two-body correlation functions C2(t) have been performed for argon at various fluid densities and temperatures. The data obtained from this computer experiment can be used as a rigorous test of the appropriate theoretical models.
