摘要
One of the most important tasks of every automated control system is emergency control. This control is active in special cases, where a dangerous situation may suddenly arise. This situation could break the system's functions, destroy the product, or could even lead to total system breakdown. This paper is devoted to the emergency control of an electric power system (EPS). The price of the nondelivered energy in the EPS is very high and its sudden disintegration can cause large economic losses. We suggest a new method to control the complex EPS in emergencies and also a method by which to evaluate the generating units to decide which should be separated from the rest of the system.
