摘要
The scope of this study involved the preformulation of micropellets that contain acetylsalicylic acid (1) and ascorbic acid (2). For the preparation of the micropellets a ''pelletizing dish'' apparatus has been used; before laboratory scale production. parameters of the micropellets formulation were examined. A coating procedure was carried out again using the ''pelletizing dish'' to produce the micropellets with desired dissolution characteristics. Prestability testing has been carried out in order to test the durability of 1 and 2. Only Kollidon(R) 25 as a binder was used and the particles were coated with Eudragit(R) E 100. It is suggested that there is no need to add excipients to micropellet products. The coated micropellets were found to be brittle and weak during the stability test under moist conditions. The dissolution rate characteristics fit a first degree kinetic equation. Compounds 1 and 2 were degraded within a short time at 50-degrees-C
