摘要
The possibility of enhancement of resonant heating and anomalous dissipation in a magnetoactive plasma due to the occurrence of a region of wave dissipation of non-monotonous temperature dependence is discussed. The anisotropy and the threshold character of the indicated plasma-wave interaction determines the temperature interval of such effects.
