Superfluorescence from O-2(-) molecules in alkali halide crystals

摘要：

Superfluorescence from KBr:O-2(-) and NaCl:O-2(-), in addition to KCl:O-2(-), has been observed above some threshold excitation levels at 2 K. The properties of the superfluorescence in these materials are compared and discussed. In order to investigate the concentration dependence of the superfluorescence, we prepared samples with a highly doped layer and observed the superfluorescence from these samples.
