摘要
The surface-active properties of a new class of surfactants the sulfo-derivatives of organosilicon maleates - have been investigated. The isotherms of surface and interfacial tension at the water-air and water-toluene interfaces have been taken. The CMC, limiting adsorption, the surface area occupied by one surfactant molecule at the interface, and the standard free energies of micelle formation and adsorption have been calculated. The wetting properties and the foam-forming activity have been studied.
