The authors are presenting how to locate the Morton's neuroma through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Clinical diagnosis is related to poor arguments: one symptom (pain) and few limited signs. Electro-physiological exploration may suggest sensibility troubles without emphasizing the presence of the lesion. Finding it in CT-scan or sonography, is hazardous. MRI, without and with paramagnetic contrast media, gives us clear topographic situation. The radio-histological concordance is constantly present.
