摘要
1. The effects of acetylcholine, serotonin and some blocking agents on membrane potential of muscle fibres in the pharynx levator muscle of Helix pomatia were assayed. 2. Bath-application of ACh results in depolarization (threshold ca. 10-7M). Above ca. 5 × 10-5M depolarization is followed by a long-lasting hyperpolarization. 3. d-Tubocurarine blocks the response to ACh and lowers the amplitude of nerve-evoked EPSPs. Atropine blocks ACh-hyperpolarization. 4. Serotonin (above 10-7) causes hyperpolarization of the resting membrane, but does not repolarize membrane from ACh depolarization. © 1979.
