摘要
Poverty has generally been associated with the lack of economic resources, but on incorporating the concept of social exclusion, this phenomenon must be analyzed by means of a multidimensional logic; therefore, this approach must be used to consider policies and strategies. Gender perspective from the paradigm of human development emphasizes the articulation of four components: equity, sustainability, productivity and empowerment. This article highlights the sociology of development to understand the processes of social interaction and the relationships of power and knowledge in social programs. The method in this article is bibliographic and documentary research online.
