摘要
Using first-order perturbation theory by analogy with the screening of a point charge by an electron gas, it is shown how the Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida indirect exchange interaction can be generalized to be temperature-dependent. An approximate expression is obtained for the molecular field in this case, and its application is briefly discussed. © 1969, American Association of Physics Teachers. All rights reserved.
