摘要
This Paper analyzes the reality of the career counseling process as a political-social instrument, crucial in the provision of basic information resources in the institutions of social action, and in the start or add programs of job training. A process with particular importance in Spanish Welfare State now, at the high degree of social exclusion's risk in the citizenship, by the loss of a job (the unemployment rates in Span, for example) during the crisis [2007-2012], and the spread of uncertainty about the employment.
