ELECTRICAL BEHAVIOR OF POLYSILICON SOLAR-CELLS MODIFIED BY THE ELECTROCHEMICAL COATING OF HETEROPOLYANIONS

摘要
A new method for treating photovoltaic solar cell front surfaces is presented in this article. The cell front surfaces are treated by electrodeposition of heteropolyanions. Improvements in the I-V characteristics of the solar cells have been observed. We also noticed that this treatment causes a 12.61% increase in the short-circuit current and an 11% increase in the efficiency. The Variation in the solar cell's electrical parameters with treatment time and operating conditions are seen by the effect on cell performance.
