摘要
We describe properties of a CO2 ring laser having a line selecting grating and a piezoelectric transducer for fine tuning. Control of unidirectionality of operation is demonstrated using an intracavity saturable absorber with SF6. Directional bistability is also shown and a simple set of finite difference equations explain all observed effects.
