摘要
The article analyzes the activity of new environmental organizations of the coal-mining enterprises, which allowed to characterize the process of formation of the socio-structural and ecological-economic systems of coal-mining regions of the new social Institute of environmental monitoring; shows the full extent of the environmental problems in the coal mining regions of Russia.
