摘要
It seeks to explain the origin and nature of ethics and psychoanalytic notion of guilt. Both Freud and Nietzsche have addressed the genealogy of this concept, each from different areas, but in surprisingly converge. It also examines how the notion of guilt is the hermeneutical key literary motif and the breathtaking work of Kafka, Freud reader. Works such as The Trial, Condemnation, etc.., Evidenced. The central thesis that unites this wide register of works and authors-referred-and wherein lies the value of this work, is the Freudian idea that consciousness of guilt exists before failure, ie the existence of a constitutive guilt or internalized that could be attributed to the Judeo-Christian tradition, as Nietzsche's complaint is based on a more complex family network.
