摘要
The reduction in superfluid mass of helium contained in restricted geometries has been studied as a function of temperature. The results are discussed in terms of a superfluid healing length ξs. Near Tλ, ξs can be described by a power law, ξs=ξs,0(1-TTλ)-ν, where ν=0.67±0.04. A value for ξs,0=4.0±0.5 is obtained from the analysis of superfluid flow through a slit of known geometry. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
