摘要
Allowing for the presence of an expected moderate concentration (10%) of low-energy ions in excess of the Maxwellian distribution causes a dramatic change in the neoclassical prediction for momentum transport, leading to an agreement in magnitude with experiment. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
