ELECTRO-CALORIC EFFECTS OF LI+ OH- AND AGP DIPOLES IN ALKALI HALIDES

摘要
The electro-caloric effect from paraelectric impurities becomes anisotropic for high fields (μE > kT) applied in different crystallographic directions. Measurements were performed on the model systems" KCl:Li and KBr:OH and on the new paraelectric system RbCl:Ag. Equilibrium directions and electric moment of the dipoles can be accurately determined from these measurements. © 1968."
