摘要
It is demonstrated that the electrogenerated oxidised forms of dopamine, norepinephrine and 3,4-dihydroxybenzylamine can react with glucose oxidase/FADH(2) in the presence of glucose to reform glucose oxidase/FAD. In phosphate buffer, pH 7, the reaction is rapid and the large catalytic currents are a function of the concentration of both glucose (1-30 mM) and the catecholamines (0.010-0.25 mM) but the data also provide a warning about possible interferences in the in vivo determination of glucose using enzyme systems. The experiments use both solution free and immobilised enzymes.
