摘要
Sweet's syndrome is characterized by the following features: (1) fever; (2) neutrophilia; (3) erythematous, tender plaques and/or nodules; (4) a diffuse dermal infiltrate composed primarily of mature neutrophils; (5) the absence of an infectious pathogen in the lesions; and (6) a prompt clinical resolution of symptoms and lesions after corticosteroid therapy has been initiated.1 Most individuals with Sweet's syndrome exhibit all of these cardinal manifestations; however, elevated body temperature, increased circulating neutrophils, or both may be absent in some of the patients with biopsy-confirmed malignancy-associated Sweet's syndrome (MASS).2,3
