摘要：

In this reflection it is approached to the situation of the rural Galician from a critical perspective that has as aim visualize the principal existing problems. It is because of it that seems to be fundamental to centre on the changes that have taken place in the last decades characterized by a loss of population and a decrease in the agriculture destined for the self-consumption. Opposite to this situation and departing from an approach that prioritizes the meeting, the management of the community resources acquires new meanings constituting a key factor in the local development for the revaluation and the new uses that are given, which allows a local shared management that is constituted in lay the foundations of the of the quality improvement of life of the rural contexts.
