摘要
The creation of high-efficiency, compact detecting systems that are capable of operating in magnetic fields at a low temperature and carrying vibratory and impact loads and are distinguished by a low sensitivity to gamma -ray background, low power consumption, and low supply voltage is an urgent problem for cosmic-ray physics. The authors describe new semiconductor detectors for telescope systems intended for electron spectrometry in the range 0. 15-3. 5 MeV.
