摘要
Specific affinity labeling of the squalene binding site of squalene epoxidase remains an elusive goal. We wish to report here the design and synthesis of six novel, non-squalenoid, photoaffinity labels for squalene epoxidase, based on the potent inhibitor NB-598 (3).
