摘要：

Isolated hydatic cyst of pancreas is a rare clinical condition. It may be symptomatic due to tightness and compression to adjacent structures. According to localization of the cyst different treatment options as cystotomy and drainage, pericystectomy and omentoplasty or distal pancreatectomy may be used. Herein we present a 21 years old male patient with isolated pancreatic hydatic cyst. He has been treated with distal pancreatectomy.
