摘要：
Solid solutions of NaxKx-3yPryNbO3where x = 0.5 and y = 0.05 and 0.1 were prepared by conventional ceramic technique. Two phase transitions were observed in dielectric studies. Curie temperature decreases as the concentration of rare-earth ion increases. The monoclinic lattice parameters are calculated from X-ray studies. Mechanical quality factor and frequency constant increases with Pr3+addition. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
