摘要
An investigation by transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction and Rutherford backscattering of some amorphous NiP and FeP thin films formed by ion implantation is discussed. The metastability of the amorphous phases was investigated and Lorentz microscopy revealed the magnetic domain structure of the films. © 1979.
