The dynamics of populating and depopulating of a phosphorescent triplet state as studied by microwave induced delayed phosphorescence

摘要
It is shown that the microwave induced delayed phosphorescence technique can be developed into a very general method. It is possible to measure not only decay rates of the individual spin components of phosphorescent triplet states as shown in a previous paper. but also the relative radiative decay rates, the relative populating rates and the resulting steady state populations.
