摘要
This paper presents a surface study through AFM, SEM and EDS of titanium electrodes covered with a TiO2 selfordered nanoarchitecture, underlining two morphological structures: nanopores and nanotubes. These two types of structures are highlighted by a post-anodizing treatment, as a result of the long term ultrasonication over the grown titanium oxide surface.
