摘要：
Aminoacyl sulfamides represent a family of high-affinity inhibitors of the specific aminoacyl tRNA synthetase activity. In this paper we describe the synthesis of a novel sulfamide adenosine derivative 4 bearing pyroglutamyl fragment (pGlu-SA).
