In the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava, a new synanthropic plant community, Dauco-Equisetetum moorei, has been discovered. It occurs on the railway or motorway embankments on various rocks. Soils in their upper layer contain 90% of skeletal material, they are slightly alkaline, with 17.4% of CaCO3. The bottom layer there is composed of a dolomitic gravel of alkaline reaction with 40% of skeletal material and 85% of CaCO3. Among the coenologically most important species those of the alliance Dauco-Melilotion, order Onopordetalia acanthii and classes Artemisietea, Chenopodietea, Molinio-Arrhenatheretea, and Festuco-Brometea are present.
