摘要
The Bridgman process, one of the single-crystal growth techniques, is expected to be stably operated free from disturbances if operations without moving ampoule and furnace are realized. To this end, we regarded the Bridgman process control system as a distributed parameter system in this work. Both simulation and experiment showed favorable control performance. As a result of experiments, good anthracene single crystals were obtained.
