摘要
As part of a systematic study, a series of hydrophobic amine platinum(II) carboxylate complexes has been prepared as potential antitumor agents in a liposomal-entrapped form. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 13C and 195Pt NMR spectroscopic techniques.
