摘要:
Whole-cell current clamp, single-channel recordings and Rb-86+ flux techniques have been used to show that 8-(N,N-diethylamino)octyl-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoate (TMB-8) inhibits ATP-sensitive K+ channels in HIT-T15 beta-cells. TMB-8 inhibition is observed when K(ATP) channels are activated by ATP depletion or by the K+ channel opener, diazoxide.
