摘要
This paper is concerned with oxidations reactions and related physical processes taking place in a trickle bed reactor in which both gas and liquid flow downward through the catalyst bed. The subject is discussed under headings - oxidation kinetics; oxidation in dilute aqueous solutions; oxidation catalysts (pure liquid systems, aqueous solutions); evaluation of mass transfer effects (gas-liquid, liquid-solid, overall external mass transfer, intraparticle diffusion, axial dispersion, uncertainties in mass transfer effects at oxidation conditions); reactor studies and design methods. Oxidation kinetics cover the following subheadings - heterogeneous reaction concept; free radical generation; effect of catalyst concentration; activation energy; miscellaneous comments. In the paper mathematical equations were used to describe processes and states.
